Our pricing plans are based on the number of learner licenses (or seats) you provide to your team on an annual basis. The number of learner licenses you select is your annual allowance. You can use and transfer these licenses to anyone within your organization. You can also add flexibility to any Global eTraining plan, to enable monthly learner licenses for just $14.99 / learner / month (USD). You will only be charged for monthly learners when you exceed your annual allowance during any given month.

Common Questions
Can I change my plan after purchasing?
Yes, you can add annual learner licenses at any time. When you renew your subscription at the then of the year contract, you can decrease the number of annual learner licenses in your plan. Please note that you cannot have less than 5 annual learner licenses.
How do I manage my subscription?
All Global eTraining customers can manage their learner licenses, access to ‘The Generator’ and view their billing information and invoices through our proprietary ‘GeT Subscription System’.
Do I need to purchase a Learning Management System (LMS)?
No. Every Global eTraining customer is provided with access to the Global eTraining LMS for learner and department management.
Do you provide training and onboarding for new customers?
Yes, in addition to ongoing Account Manager support, your organization will take part in our GeT Ready, GeT Set, Go! Strategic Implementation Plan, which includes training for both learners and administrators.
What are my payment options? Credit Card and/or Invoice?
All plans are billed annually and any additional monthly learners (learners beyond your allowance) will be billed monthly. You can pay via credit card for monthly learners and invoice or credit card for your annual plan.
